Regina Red Sox president Gary Brotzel announced today that the Graham Edge has been named the ball club’s executive director.

“We are excited to have Graham join the Red Sox organization,” said Brotzel. “He is a local business professional who has found great success on the national sporting stage.”

Edge, who will report to the Red Sox board of directors, will take over the day-to-day operations of the organization which includes, marketing, sponsorship and season ticket sales. His high-profile sports management experience includes working on special events such as the 2013 Grey Cup Celebrations, 2011 Ford World Cup Curling Championships and the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver.

“The Red Sox are a vital part of our local sporting community,” said Edge. “I am proud to be part of a team that is rich in tradition and has a long history of success.”
